These tours rarely hold my interest for the 3 hours. However, Jason G our guide was informative and also entertaining. The restaurant selections were unique to other tours we’ve done in Portland. From the white fish pate, lobster roll, and the best clam chowder in the NE, everything was delicious. If you have a short attention span for tours, Jason G and Maine Foodie Tours will keep you engaged and satisfied.

Awesome food tour with Jason! He’s a knowledgeable and fun guide with loads of e energy!! Had some lobster rolls, seafood chowder and more!!! Had an amazing blueberry soda and ginger beer!!

Our guide AJ was AWESOME! Not only was she very knowledgeable about the city of Portland and it's history, but she was very passionate about the food in Portland and the service industry. She also gave us very important restaurant tips on how to order and how not to your lobster roll. Also gave us suggestions where to find the best lobster roll on our way to Bar Harbor. I highly recommend this tour. You won't go hungry

An excellent tour! The food was great ... best chowder we have ever had! Our tour guide "Tim" provided a nice description of the city's history, and offered many suggestions for how to maximize the value of our time in Portland.

This was an excellent tour. Timothy was our guide and we learned so much about Portland history, the current food and art scene. Timothy had a great way of telling his tales that kept your attention. The food was excellent and the drinks were interesting. We had a great tour.

We had Jason G as a tour guide and he was amazing! You will not leave this tour hungry. My husband and I had never tried chowder before and loved it. The beers you get to try were great, I even had a root beer at one restaurant! He knew so much about the history of the area which made the tour even more interesting! I highly recommend doing this if you are in the Portland area!

The seafood lovers walking lunch tour in Portland was amazing. My 2 favorite things were the seafood chowder at Gilbert's Chowder House and our guide, Glenn. The Portland history shared by Glenn was fun and informative. My gait is a bit slower but had no trouble keeping up. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. I am not a beer drinker but a few of the places had tasty alternatives. The price tag for this was a "Portland Price" which means it was a premium cost. Even with the price, I would probably take this walk again. Glenn opened my eyes about Portland and went above and beyond with service.
