Enjoy a 90 minute gourmet picnic brunch, lunch, or dinner with our goats MaryAnn,Wilma, and our baby goats Lucy and Ethel.
Picnic on our lovely private 12 acre farm just 15 minutes from downtown Lexington yet totally private and social distant enjoying the woods and fields with our friendly goats. They will be tied in the picnic area so there is no need to worry about them invading your lunch, but they are eager for treats and pets. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, will be set prior to your arrival in the private shaded woods, just steps from your parked car. Food will be brought in from one of Lexington's award winning locally owned restaurants. We provide fresh fruit and ice water with lemon. Guests are welcome to bring additional drinks. We can accommodate up to 10 guests in your group, only one group at a time will be picnicking on the property so your experience will be totally private and socially distant. Please send us a note on which meal you are interested in experiencing. More time is available to with an additional fee.

Such a wonderful experience. I took my partner here for a fun date and it delivered. The goats were so friendly along with the host. Jan you as great with communicating and making it all come together. I highly recommend!

The picnic was perfect.. The host was super nice.. The goats were a riot.. The property was stunning.. we went in fall after the leaves fell.. but it would be amazing with fall colors in the trees.. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to do something different for a day..

My 15 year old and I loved this. (Daddy-daughter thing). She loved feeding them and petting them. Fun picnic. It was a little windy and cold — and they even made us a fire — so the hosts were great too! Unique and fun experience.

I was looking for something different & fun to do with our grandkids in Lexington. We had a delicious dinner under a beautifully decorated gazebo in a gorgeous country setting with some sweet goats. The kids & adults loved it. Jan was very accommodating & made it a great experience.

My husband and I booked this last minute on a whim. Jan was super accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on her farm. The picnic table was set beautifully, lunch was very good and wine glasses and bottle opener were provided for the bottle we brought. The goats were very friendly. They were tethered to nearby trees and were happy when we petted them and gave them treats, but they were quiet and non intrusive while we ate or lunch. The property had a comfortable hammock to relax in the sun and we played a game of corn hole after lunch. This is a must-do when you’re in the area! Thanks again Jan for sharing your beautiful farm with us.

We did the Picnic with Goats to celebrate our son’s birthday! Something different and unique! We had so much fun feeding and petting the goats! Joan setup a photo shoot for us to capture some family photos. She had lunch delivered, we played cornhole and even relaxed in the hammock! Joan was a wonderful host and made us feel at home and comfortable!

We could’ve been more excited to have a picnic with the goats! Jan was a wonderful host and made it so easy. There are a couple different menus to choose from. You call in your order and she will have all the food ready for you when you arrive. You can bring any extras that you want, even wine. The glasses are supplied. It’s a gorgeous picnic table in a private farm. Makes for a quiet evening as there is only room for one party or couple. The four goats are lovely and very friendly! They give you some treats to feed the goats throughout the evening and that was actually the most fun! We even got to put a leash on one of the goats and walk it for a bit. They are great posing for pictures too! We never felt rushed to leave. They pretty much let you have the whole place to yourself and there are some yard games to play. It was a really exceptional time and we will definitely do it again. This would be a great activity for families with kids too. Kudos to Jan for coming up with this idea!

The whole experience was amazing. Jan is a very sweet, kind and accommodating host. We had the picnic with 3 generations.. 2 with special needs. All enjoyed Ethel, Lucy, Wilma and Mary Ann. ..our little goat friends and Prayer the horse, who also came out to visit. The tables were set beautifully, the food was hot and ready with lights up on the pergola. Highly recommend ❤🐐🐐🐐🐐
