Captain will assist you as this is a guided tour and fishing experience for exotic species like the peacock bass and Clown Knife fish. The captain will teach and move from location to location to ensure you are catching fish. All Rods and reels, tackle are provided.

Our guide, Bobby Kimble, was a Great guide. We had never been to Lake Ida, but he showed us a magnificent day of fishing for 4 hours on a glorious day, perfect blue sky, and many fish caught by Simon, our 10-year-old grandson, Simon caught 11 fish, and Bobby sent us all the pictures. One was almost 4 lbs. Bobby knew just where to go to find the fish. I learned a lot about this kind of lake fishing. Bobby was great and would look forward to another fishing trip with him as our guide. His boat was perfect for 2 anglers, and clean.

John was an amazing host! He made our boat ride very fun and his boat was very well kept.. He suggested we meet in the morning instead of in the afternoon because of how hot it can get out for us and the fish. We caught a good amount of fish too! John was also prompt and reliable. If you're looking for a world class top notch service, this is the real deal!

We took a fishing trip for Peacock Bass today with John Stanley from Jurassic Park fishing in Delray Beach, Florida. He went above and beyond for us and exceeded all our expectations. We caught one after the other. Great great time.

My son and I went out with Captain Mike today and had a blast! Captain Mike is a professional and engaging guide. His equipment was top notch and I really liked his boat. We pulled a nice amount of fish in the boat on a day they weren’t too active. I was lucky enough to bring in a 5+ lb peacock bass!!! I will be a repeat client and I highly recommend Captain Mike!

Captain Bill was absolutely fantastic. We booked an afternoon of fishing, and my husband and son caught several fish. Bill was a great conversationalist and took photos of their catches.. Highly recommend for a fun day of fishing!

From start to finish Capt.Wayne was amazing. We have been on alot of fishing trips but this experience was great. Capt. Wayne put us on the peacock bass all day. We'll worth the time and money!!

Capt. Wayne was very professional in his preparation and knowledge. I wanted my wife to catch her first peacock and Wayne made sure that would happen. We got to a great spot and caught a mix of peacock largemouth and even a Mayan Chiclid. Almost non stop fishing and conversation the entire trip. Great day.

We had a great day with Captain Wayne on Lake Ida on Saturday despite 20 mph winds. We had planned for Lake Okeechobee but Captain Wayne wisely suggested Lake Ida where we could hide from some of the strongest winds. Using shiners, my brother, 10 year old son and I caught 30 bass in about 3 hours - about 8 peacock and 22 large mouth. Biggest were each about 3.5 to 4 lbs. We easily lost about 8-10 others. We had a very nice time and Wayne was very helpful and engaged.
