“This was perfect! I made the reservation about two months in advance and I was already asking questions! I got an email back within 48 hours! We wanted to be closer to Yosemite Valley and this was perfect! It was about 45 min ride to the Valley! Right when we got there the staff was so nice! We had a phone emergency but there was no service! They let us use the phone inside! The site itself was so cute! Just what we needed to relax. It was camping but a bit fancier! We stayed in the basic cabin, but will definitely upgrade next time. The gas station store was closed but we brought what we needed so it wasn’t that big of a deal! The room itself was a decent size. It was the four of us. They stated the fridge was mini but it was a good size. We were able to fit all of the meats and cold stuff in there. I really enjoyed my time and I definitely would come back!”

THIS IS NOT INSIDE OF YOSEMITE. We got a cabin right across from the bathrooms, which was great for me. There was no parking at our cabin (the others had spaces but ours didn't) but we were able to park at the bathrooms. The room was clean and the heater worked great. There was also a fan. The room was in good condition and contained a bunk bed and a full bed (with bedding) , also a small fridge and a tiny dinning table inside and a park bench outside. The door does not have a privacy lock on the inside. The road to get here is Hardin Flat Road which was a bit confusing. The community bathrooms were clean and heated. The facility is huge and also rents out more expensive yurts, etc. There is a gas station and small store nearby. The check in for the cabins is pretty far from the cabin itself.

Great proximity to the park gate. Comfortable and basic for a budget accomodation. Refrigerator in bunkhouse very convenient. Fire pit. Clean bathroom and shower. Negative- worn out full mattress, needs replaced. No staff or security after 10pm in case of emergency- nobody available.
